TriLipo Radio-Frequency:
TriLipo Radio-frequency utilises focused tri-pole radio-frequency energy to provide targeted heating of the dermal and deep dermal (hypodermal) layers, to cause contraction of the collagen fibres with resultant immediate tissue tightening, together with an increase in the metabolism resulting in neo-collagenesis and elastin production; leading to long-term skin tightening over coming days and weeks.
Cell metabolism is improved due to improved vascularization of the dermal tissues, with subsequent elevation of oxygenation levels, as a result of the thermal effect.
In contrast to mono-polar and bi-polar RF, TriPollar Radio-frequency can provide depth controlled treatment, with thermal effects limited to the treatment area and focused energy on the targeted area.
- Applicator No. 1 is the largest - designed for treatment of large body areas and provides greatest depth penetration of the TriLipo Technologies. Applicator No. 1 incorporates 6 electrodes and an indication light-guide ring.

Dynamic Muscle Activation (DMA)
- TriLipo Dynamic Activation (DMA) uses the multiple electrodes of the Lipofirm Pro applicators to deliver low-frequency pulsed currents to the underlying skin muscles. The Lipofirm Pro operates in a bi-phasic mode with current regulation, to ensure optimum combination of current, frequency & pulse duration, ensuring maximum safety and efficacy.
- TriLipo Dynamic Muscle Activation (DMA) is applied in conjunction with TriLipo Radio-frequency to provide mutually enhanced results.
- TriLipo DMA provides simultaneous external and internal pressure on the fat layer. Externally, the operator applies downward pressure with the applicator, while internally the TriLipo DMA pulses cause muscle contraction, pushing the fat cells up. The combined forces 'squeeze' the fat layer, encouraging the fat to drain via the lymphatic system.
Combination TriLipo treatment
- By operating the TriLipo Radio-frequency and TriLipo DMA in conjunction with each other, through a single tri-pole applicator, treatment is applied to the dermal layer, hypodermal fat layer and superficial muscle layers to deliver superior fat reduction and body contouring.
