The Summa S Class 160 T-Series (S160T) is a 1600mm, commercial-grade tangential vinyl cutter designed for high-precision, high-volume print finishing, including PPF and large graphics. It features a motorized, actively controlled cutting head and advanced OPOS optical alignment for precise contour cutting, accepting media widths up to 1680mm

True Tangential Cutting Head Technology
Features an active, motorized blade rotation mechanism. The cutter physically lifts, rotates, and lowers the blade inside tight angles and sharp corners. This completely eliminates vinyl tearing, ensures perfect weeding on intricate designs, and easily processes thick or heavy-duty materials where standard swivel knives fail.

FlexCut Multi-Depth Perforation Mode
Features an advanced dual-pressure cutting system. The tool alternates continuously between a high-pressure cut through both the vinyl and backing liner and a low-pressure bridge section. This allows you to create fully perforated, pop-out decal sheets without causing any damage to the underlying cutting strip.

OPOS X Optical Positioning Sensor
Features an integrated light sensor mounted directly onto the tool carriage. The automated registration system scans printed registration marks to track and calculate data variations. It instantly corrects for graphic scaling, media skew, and print distortion across massive contour cutting production runs.

Automatic Separation Sheet Cut-Off
Features an integrated mechanical razor knife assembly housed inside the tool carriage. Upon receiving a job completion command or manual panel input, the machine executes an automated cross-cut across the media roll width. This cleanly slices and releases the finished job from the main roll.

Interactive Touch Panel Interface
