Versatile connectivity

Supports HDMI-enabled cameras, HD-SDI VTRs and more. Features include 10-bit/8-bit uncompressed video, 2-channel AES digital audio, 8-channel SDI embedded audio, analog composite/S-video/component I/O, and 2-channel balanced analog audio I/O.

HDMI integration

HDMI 1.3a support enables deep color 10-bit video output for smooth gradients and rich color. HDMI input can also be converted to SDI output for professional workflows.

AJA hardware conversion

Includes motion-adaptive SD to HD up-conversion, HD cross-conversion, HD to SD down-conversion, and automatic HD/SD analog output. Hardware-based conversion ensures real-time performance during both ingest and playback.

Outputs can be configured independently, allowing simultaneous HD and SD output or multiple HD formats.

RS-422 control

Includes 9-pin RS-422 connection via breakout cable or optional KLHi-BOX for frame-accurate device control.

Extensive software support

Compatible with a wide range of professional editing, VFX and graphics software. Also includes free AJA tools for flexible workflows without relying on third-party applications.
