We primarily uses FedEx and DHL to ship all orders. The courier used will depend on the destination of the shipment, volumetric weight and service level paid for. We may use alternative couriers for specialist orders such as pallet network deliveries. We aim to have all UK orders delivered within two business days of a completed order.
